I go by trichomes to be certain as to what kind of effect I want. Looking at the pistils though it looks pretty close to me. If you could get trich pics we could tell you more 😉. Nice looking nug btw.

Depends on the effects you desire. Here's a quick reference.

Not Yet;
-while some of the pistils have curled and darkened, more will.
- the trichomes are still a bit glassy (enlarge the pic) and the trichomes have not toppled from it's own weight.

Can I assume that, it is still drinking a normal amount?- it will slow down significantly, towards the endpoint of the harvest window.
But as mentioned- the trichomes are your best guide to get the effect you want!

Hello Yucapuk, that's a very nice looking bud, I go along with all of the above,
I go by the trichs, and you can easily tell, when they are getting close, by they damn near quit drinking. And the leaves turn yellow, in soil.
But if I had to guess, I'd say you got two more weeks of them buds swelling up and getting larger. Hang in there, you'll be glad you did.
But that sure is a pretty bud. And congratulations. Well done.
