Trichs look nice and milky. Unless you want to go for more of a couchlock, I'd say yes they are ready.

Personally I'd wait. But then I get the jitters from green fruit. Keeps me awake. Get enough magnification to see into the crystal balls on the end, make sure you have a few yellow and brown. Better yet, harvest in stages and see what you like the best. Then you'll know for next time.

I'd give it at least one more week. I just see so many straight white hairs that I feel like you'll be losing out on potential yield if you harvest now! Make sure you're checking the trichomes on the buds not the leaves!
Just curious, how many weeks have you been flowering? If possible could you post a picture of the buds from a little further away?
I have to say your buds look beautiful! I think you're going to get a real high quality harvest
