Ready to Plant Seeds

Still a newbie, first grow. Ready to roll (no pun intended)

Northern Light Auto (Fem), 4x4 tent, 5 gallon smart pots, Kindsoil and CoCo Loco. I am germinating in Rapid Rooter and placing directly into final home with no transplanting.

Questions - My LED has Veg and Bloom. Is it 18 ON 6 OFF? Do I need to put water cups in tent to raise humidity?

Morning Lemonhead, I'd keep my lights on 24 hours a day, and keep em in a warm place, and when the rooters look a little dry , just add a teaspoon or two of phed water to em.
I got a feeling you gonna do great on your growing, good luck.
