Ready to harvest?

Do these look ready to harvest? Going into week 11 (from seed) northern light strain. I have a jewelers loupe but really can't tell if the trichromes are clear or cloudy ? This is my first grow.

When I magnify the second picture I definitely see a lot of straight white pistils so probably not ready. Is this an auto or photoperiod plant and if photo when did you switch to 12/12? 11 weeks is not unheard of for autos but still seems like a short grow cycle.
