Can't see the trichs in that pix, that will tell if they are ready. In general they look like they need more time. Are the white hairs part of continued growth or foxtails? If in unsure, wait a bit.

Kinda depends on what you want out of it if you want a super speedy type high you could harvest now and loose out on a lot of a lot of bud weigh. My rule of thumb is to wait 2 weeks aftrer I tthink its ready. Or if you see the dreeded leprechauns lurking around chop it now.
Never heard a single grow say "I waited too long to chop"

But the breeder said it would be done in 8 weeks!!
I do wonder where the breeders get those estimates
