Re-flowering buds

Can smb explain what and why this is happening (not to all, but some flowers), they are 2 weeks from harvest.

Them some bodacious nanners. They're gonna seed all your plants. Stress, sometimes just genetics.

Sorry for the hermie, yep you gonna have seeds, seeds that are prone to making hermies. Separate it if you can IF you want to continue with it. The seed would be female, but hermiies galore.
So why did it hermie? Stress? Poor genetics? Only you can tell us.
