Razor leafs

Hi was just wondering if anyone could answer a question I have about my plant the razor leafs at the bottom of the plant on the tips of the leafs are turning yellow what dose this mean? And what should I do?

Do you know if it is an original leaf...might just be used up...maybe......

does not look exactly like what I was expecting for nute burn...could be tho what's your ppm and ph read

It is the second leaf to show just after the cotyledons the ph of my water is 6.0-6.1 and sorry what is ppm am new to growing

It's week 3 just going in to week 4 have only been feeding it 150 ml of water the adding my biobizz nutrients but have only been adding smaller amounts have worked it out to be 0.25ml as it says 1L of water add 1ml nutrients but 1L of water seems to drown my plant

ppm is parts per million for your nutes.

If you don't have a meter....get one

Ok I will get one at weekend until the should I just give it good water to flush it and dose rest of plant look ok?
