Rain water

I was curious if rain water could be used to flush my plants?
im 2 weeks from harvest and it won’t stop raining on and off.

If its off the roof it has bad things in it, how are you catching it?

Yes do not use drain runoff from roof to collect the rain water.

No run off, open field rain.

Ok I know what NOT to do BUT am I able to use rain water to flush my soil it’s coming directly from sky to soil.

My girls are out in it, I dont like the water on the buds, but it is what it is, I would not worry to much just keep an eye out for WPM and bud rot. (shake them after the rain)
Is shaking them twice considered playing with them?

I shake them a few times a day because it’s non stop on and off rain but no sunshine untill
