HELP! Quick question pls

Hiya. I hope you're all safe during all this plague and pestilence. I've a quick question. I haven't got a timer on my plants, and have just switched from 18-6 to 12-12 three days ago. I've been turning them on /off at 9am/pm cause I'm awake then.
Well I totally forgot about British Summer Time and the clocks have gone forward meaning 9 is now 10. So will I now need to continue with them at 10 or will I be able to shift it back to 9 as a one off change to the schedule, without making them hermies. Like I said, it's only been 3 days since I switched them anyway.

continue with your 9am / 9pm
call it a one off, you are early enough, (3 days after flip) it should barely affect the girls

you can have nights (dark) longer than 12 with no issues (to manage these time changes during flower), days longer than 12 is what you are trying to avoid (could cause your girls to revert to veg)

Yeah, I was waiting till i switched them to flower but coronavirus decided otherwise and shut the grow shop down.
