Questions on bringing my greenhouse to flowering

i think a tarp big enough to cover the green house or garbage bags big enough to cover the plants til night time then take it off so it can have 12/12 i think this is what you are asking about

garbage bags maybe even a sheet over the bag to make sure its dark i think outside plants dont mind light leaks to bad a black bag may be good enough to make it think its night time just dont foliar them before bagging them so it wont be to wet or humid underneath to cause rot

I have a big black tarp to cover the whole greenhouse. my questions is about do I just cover for 72 hours straight to start flowering and then never again? and when do i switch my solution to transition week for starting with flowering nuitriants. This is a very important time and want to get it right. thanks for your time.

you google sunrise and sunset time in your area and from sunrise you give it 12 hours and then cover til sundown you can uncover so... if you are getting 14 hours of sun a day you need to cover your plants for 2 hours and 30 mins starting at the 12th hour (2 hours bvefore sunset in this example) if u give me you zip code i could help more but its simple math..you only tricking the plant to thinking night is coming sooner you can do that or cover them before the sun comes up and and wait 2 hours or til there is 12 hours left of sun in the day and that = 12/12 ez pz =)

i dont know if you need 72 hours of darkness to switch to flowering ive heard of 24 hoursof darkness and take an hour or 20 min off ecery day til you get to 12/12 but yeah either way you need to cover them for how many hours added to night time to make 12/12

This seems like a lot of work to make your plants flower. I know you want it to bud , but a green house is basically outdoor gardening indoors . But if your not going to tak advantag of the long veg cycle in an outdoor grow then you might as well just grow indoors . If it was me , I would let it veg . Grow some big boys and enjoy . If you are in a green house I’m guessing you have some good vertical space . So you might as well use it .
