Questions about tolerance...

Ok so Im working on learning and understanding dosing. My question is once you find the point of optimal control of whatever your needs are, how often do you have to increase the dose or take medication breaks? Just wanted to get some ideas from everyone.

Ive been making coconut canna caps from dry ice hash.

You do not have to increase the dose if you do not want to..but you won't know if they are at their peak until you try..little nute. burn won't hurt them..that's when you back off...

I just smoked a blunt..so there

I think they may have been talking about personal tolerance of the cannabis they are using in whichever form

Lmao yep but I figured my wording was off, f'n nuerotin took away my ability to write coherently lolol and also stole my reading retention. Im maxed out on growing facts 2 months my house was a whirlwind of multiple open ipads and 3 rotating notebooks it was chaos but I eventually popped my first seed. So the recently challenged seek assistance. Which should explain my weird out of context questions in general hahah

Im just trying to understand it a little more, maybe different ideas or such. My own perception of my increased use is killing me. I understand medication breaks can help when it has to be dosed like a med for epilepsy or nerve pain. How long are those breaks on average? Or is that not the best way. Understanding all people are different but a base sampling of information may get me headed in the right way and resolve my mental association w tolerance.

I think as long as you use different strains once in a while you shouldn't actually increase your dose. There are two kinds of tolerance: psychoactive tolerance and medicinal tolerance. If you are looking for a bomb ass high that impairs you for hours you will definetly going to have to dose up. But medically speaking when your med is not longer producing the relief you looking for another strain might do the job because a different ratio of the +100 cannabinoids in the product.

So rotating strains. Im starting w an intended day and night pain and muscle jumping and cramping. I have six different fem to try.

I saw something online that said it only takes 2 days of abstinence to get rid of any built up tolerance ... can't bring myself to try it though ... 2 whole days!! ;)
