Question

If you follow the tutorial in GWE nebula takes all the major fans off after week three of stretch. If you are still unsure I recommend going in the main site and looking up defoliation. It is really well explained and lots of pics for examples.
 
If they are blocking the light for the buds then I cut them off.
but are they are just hanging and nothing is touching them. Or not blocking the air flow, I let them be for sure.
