Question on feminizing plants

If I have strain A and strain B (both female plants), would it matter which plant I used the colloidal silver on? What would happen if I used it on strain A instead of strain B and vice versa? Will the hybrid strain be completely affected or will there be subtle to no changes in the strain? Any info pertaining to this subject is much appreciated.

The hybrid will have the characteristics of both plants, so it would not matter which one you use the silver on.
