Question in regards to breeding two female plants. ( From Feminized Seeds)

I was reading this information on making your own Fem Seeds

And I am curious as to rather or not this is consider a form of cross-breeding.

Like taking the pollen from a female plant (grown from FEM seed) and using it to fertilize another female plant (also grown from FEM seed).... Will the seeds from that plant then be a cross breed of the two female plants?

I have a VERY basic understanding of ideology behind traditional breeding..male and female plants... but have not been able to find a straightforward answer to the question of two female plants and their offspring.

No matter what if you give female pollen to a female plant you're going to create a female offspring.

Now you take from two strains say a female Lemon Haze pollen on to a female white widow flowers. Your Offspring will be genetically female combined both strains.

So yes youre thinking correctly.
 
You are correct. However I don't believe this would be the ideal way to breed. Feminized seeds are inherently hermaphrodites. By breeding a feminized with a feminized you are much more likely to have genetic deficiencies passed on.
 
I will be testing this theory this summer. I plan on growing several smallish plants outside in order to collect pollen. I hear people say that more hermaphrodites are likely but id like to see the real science. If anyone has a link to an authoritative source, I and others would like to see it. On the matter of getting a true cross between the females, Im certain this would be the case, since males and females are identical accept for a certain well known chromosome.

I also would like to see some viable info on breeding two female strains

and "Grinder"

wouldn't being concerned with it being herm be not that big of deal as long you grow her full cycle and not stress it to the point of self pollination? What kind of bad characteristics would you be concerned about passing down the line from two females?
