Question about Lucas Formula Ratio

Hello, ftg here so please excuse me if this is a dumb question. I'm using the Lucas Formula and I see that it calls for 8 mL/gal Flora Micro and 16 mL/gal for Flora Bloom at max strength. However, I would like to dilute this strength starting out so I don't nute burn my seedlings. I was going to do 25% nutes (so, 2 mL/gal Micro and 4 mL/gal Bloom), but this produces a ppm that is too low; however, if I double this to 4 mL/gal Micro and 8 mL/gal Bloom, the ppm is a bit high for seedlings. My question is, does the Lucas Formula always have to be in the 0-8-16 ratio, or is just take whatever Micro amount you have and double the Bloom? For example, could I do 0-3-6 mL/gal to get the accurate ppm or will this throw off the nutrient ratios? Thanks!
