HELP! Q pls! Final pH for foliar-spray application of AllPerPlus Organic Leaf Wash Powder?

What is ISO?
And very cool to hear you use lady bugs and praying mantis! Yay! I have read how good they are and what they do - especially the praying mantis, as one site said they eat EVERYTHING whereas you need certain beneficial bugs for certain critters. So they sound like the kings! I have been waiting for them to start coming back to our house or garden so I can put some in my tents. But how do they handle the heat from the lights? It doesn't fry them? I have seen what the temps do to my earthworms if some of them find their way out of the bottoms of my pots. Super depro. Are praying mantis and lady bugs okay with those conditions?
And p.s. What do you do about a water source for them?
And pps. Why would you not spray something with these essential oils of mine in it on your flowers?

ISO = rubbing alcohol (not denatured (green or blue)), 1 part ISO to 8 or 9 parts water (I have went 50/50 without issue)
I grow outside and when I purchase predatory bugs they go outside as well. I have read that some will put lady bugs in their tent, I would expect that some loss would happen. My first batch of ladies were for aphids, I was run over with them the grape leaves and tips were completely black with them.
No I would not spray that stuff (some folks are allergic to rosemary) on my buds.
As for WPM or any other mold/mildew I use scissors and cut it out, none so far this year.

I'll look into the car battery or trickle charger with stepdown inverter thing, thanks!
And ya, we do get the load-shedding schedule at least a day in advance, or a few days in advance, only very occasionally are we taken by surprise, so I am able to plan ahead and set timers to do all the swap-overs and to keep my electronics safe, thanks!

Very interesting regarding the ISO. Hadn't come across that before in all my searches for solutions.
