Hey GWE friends! I've been away for a little over a year. First, I wanna say that the "Black Domina" seeds I bought from Paul @ New420guyseeds turnout to be a GREAT choice! I was looking for an indica to help with pain and sleep at night, and this strain delivered 100%. I had enough that a personal grow was unnecessary last year. I wanted to grow a couple more plants this year, and I wanted to try something new. Paul steered me towards the "Big Bazooka" feminized seeds. Took them out of the package yesterday, and this morning already have 1 tap root starting!
In the past I've used General Hydroponics nutrients. Unless one of ya'll have a better/easier way to go as far as nutes, I'm gonna stay with what's familiar. I haven't been satisfied with the density of my buds. It's been great weed, but the buds just aren't super tight. I'm thinking it's a light issue, so I'm gonna grow 3 plants in the space I grew 4 last time. As always, any advice would be great! I'll keep ya'll posted!

Welcome back purpleman. I think you are right about your lights and bud quality. I also grow in coco/perlite, use General Hydroponics trio and used to use, 2 Viperspectra 600w. LEDs. About 2 years ago i noticed buds werent nice and solid anymore. Had a look at my vipers(do this when their off lol) and noticed a pattern of burned out bulbs on both lights. They produced some good grows just couldn't stand up to 3 yrs of continuous use i guess. Blue tape beside toasted bulbs. Very hard to notice when lights are on.
