HYDRO Purple stems yellow leaves

What's going on everyone! Looking for some help with my ladies!
My wedding cake strain just started week 3 of flower this past monday.
showing insane signs of yellow leaves, dark and purple sploches on leaves and red/purple stems. Bud sites are growing insanly slow and are yellow on top.
Im in hydro clay pebbles inside 2 gallon buckets.
I'm using kelp/fulvic mix, tribus for benfical bacteria, sonic bloom and mendo avalanche for my additives. Supernatural for my base food nutrients.
They went into flower at 5.5 weeks of veg.
so I mix all my additives first let the ppm land then I add my supernatrual.
was at 800ppm beginning of week 2 and noticed my ppm going down so I raised it to 900. Well the next day when I wake up my ppm is at 960 and my p.h went from 6.0 to 6.6. I add water to bring it back down to 900 then wait a cycle to see what happens. Now I start getting slammed with these deficiencies. So I flush for a whole day. Plain water. Then i add my additives and then i bring my ppm to 700 to start small again. Well it jumped up to 760 and ph from 6.0 to 6.6. Added water to bring it back down but I dont believe this is helping. Definitely need some guidance.
environmental is 77-80°f and 55-60% humidity. I dont have much of a enviormental swing from lights on to lights off.
I'm running all gavita 1700 LEDs
Also running co2 tank and regulator. 1200ppm
2 other growers and I think it might be lack of phosphorus and potassium mixed with a slight magnesium problem. Curious on what you guys might think is going on here

How big are your lights that you need to supplement CO2 to the plants. It takes alot of light before they reach the threshold of using the max CO2 from the ambient air quality of your house. Looks like a calmag problem and maybe a phosphorus deffency causing the yellowing along with the calmag helping the leaf problems intensify. Red stems are caused by lack of phosphorus if I'm not mistaken or potassium, one of the 2 anyways. But red stems could just be the genitics of the plant. I have 2 happy plants with really red stems as well. I attached a picture of my red stemmed girl. Does it match your color problem with your stems?

Those are some insanely red stems. Mine do not match that color mine are on the purple side. Was able to get my ppm to stay so now I'm going to slowly bring it back up over this weekend
