Not to pile on here but I fully agree with Ged -- unless it's super difficult for you to get more seeds, cut your losses and start over. You got some valuable experience out of this grow that would be better served on a plant that hasn't been hobbled like this one has. It could come back but there's no way your potential yield hasn't been seriously compromised.
