Prune random fan leaves

My Jelly Donutz autoflower plants have a lot of smallish leaves and some big fan leaves, but nothing in the middle range. I’ve pruned a few of the big leaves. Should I prune the other big ones or only those that shade other parts of the plant

I generally leave them alone until they start to feel rough and scratchy as opposed to plush and soft. I do remove all that overshadow bud sites.
