Problem with seedlings

Hi I'm having problems with my big bud seedlings and my 2 jack herrer cuttings the leaves are going brown and drying out I've never had this problem before with all my other grows I've been using the same seedling light 2 55w u tube daylight tubes

Check your PH. Measure ph of water or feed going in, then again when it comes out of the bottom of the containers.
more than likely it’s a ph issues causing a lock out.

What is the soil/grow medium?

looks like it might be time to transplant, they might be getting root or pH issues as mentioned earlier...good luck!
