First time grower..
growing in a 6ft x 8ft plastic greenhouse.. 4 plants
24/7 fan
15 gallon fiber grow bags
Fox Farms organic soil with mixture of Natures Living super organic concentrate

My cindy99 has been to this point my easiest and least problem plant... until this morning.. My wife and I check our planta every morning at about 8 am and the again at about 5 PM.. we just check for differences like we got a litte bit of white leaf mold on 3 plants.. (not on the cindy99).. watch for signs of bugs etc.. and just to watch them grow.. We have been pretty lucky in that our plants have been growing pretty good and others even have complimented us on the.. This Morning we went out and opened the green house and the Cindy99 is the first plant and immediately I saw a problem.. it was glaring.. rusting looking leaves and also looks like it has got to the pixels to.. It was not there the day before..Period.. I have tried to take good pictures of it and wish I could show a video.. None of the other 3 plans show anything like it.. my Ph is at 6.6 and has been constant at 6.5 to 6.6 since the beginning.. water is well water that we let set for 2 days before watering. nothing has been add to or done to this plant that has not been done to the others and only thing that has been done was spray with baking soda mix for light white leaf mold.

Please help.. Thank you

How are your temps at the canopy? Is it only the buds that are at the top of the plant or all over? Did you spray in the morning before the sun was strong in your greenhouse by chance?

thanks for all the interest.. much appreciated..

It does not look like the fungus at all other than color.. closest i can come is it looks like the pics under gnat/larve infection and the ones under nutrient burn.. both have similarities ... but I see no sign of the gnats and yellow card (just one that was given to me in next plant in line has one bug on it and do not see anything in/on the soil... if nutrient burn I have no idea how it would happen and it still this morning is not affecting the other plants and as i stated.. they have all been treated equal in soil.. spray.. water.......

Spray was done at approx 5PM check..

We have had a unusuall cool summer this year and that with the smoke from forest fires blocking the sun we have only had 3 days above 80 all summer and none recently.. mostly runs high 60's to mid 70's Fahrenheit.

It is the buds all over the plant. .top.. middle.. bottom.. inner .. under.. ..

Last night my wife picked most of the bad leaves off and this morning there are more although it does not seem to be as heavy.. I am worried about the cola hairs that are all brown but I guess it is what it is as far as what happens with the buds

I probably have mostly lost this plant and other than it was my favorite (wa wa wa) not a big deal but i really want to figure out what the cause is.. other 3 plants still show no same symptoms..

One thing i have learned with these fiber grow pots is it is pretty much impossible to over water them if you only water every 2 or 3 days..(lot depending on temperatures) so I am now going to heavy flush this plant and add neems oil..

the edit part.. Important i think to say.. I do not add any type of nutrients to the water or to the plants.. they have grown on the soil mix alone.. and have been told buy others including the grower that furnished the cloned plants to me.. they look amazing... until now..LOL..

Different strains react to the same environment differently.
To me your cindy99 looks to be in 'nutrient lock-out'. And has been for sometime - she's screaming for nutrients.

Thanks.. i will study on that.. The lighter to pale green color of leaves seem to be a issue with many outside/greenhouse growers in our area this year.. experienced and novice.. everybody seems to be of the consensus of the lack of sun this summer.. we have had no rain but either the coastal fog is draped over us more than normal or the smoke hovers over us like a big thick cloud... Everybody has leaf discoloration and big complaint about leaves dying off ..

I do not know about the 'for some time' part as 3 days ago it was pretty.. full.. and green and getting pretty looking colas.. A experienced grower.. (do not use the word expert much) has been over several times over the summer and always comments on how nice of a plant the cindi99 was.... but I will study more on the nutrient lock out more but i thought that was mainly caused by wrong PH..

Sounds like you are near Pacific northwest - me too. Try some calcium/magnesium product for a deeper green color.

Canuck147.. yep.. I cannot see them but I can hear the waves from here..... Appreciate all help .. guesses. or otherwise.. I just cannot jump to something just yet or I will be dumping buckets of stuff on it... but i will be trying some of the advice if my heavy flush does not help over next 2 days... Thank You..

52 degrees at the green house today and no sun in sight..

I wish I could send you some of our freaky hot humid weather here in Maine, friends.... it’s been really out of the norm, more like Florida not mid coast Maine. Unbearable hot air blowing, if it does at all, cannot grow outside unless you have some great measures to protect them, inside, ac is running 24/7. Next time I won’t grow in the summer and just grow over winter.

here on the coast we have had more high fog than usual to.. so if it ain't the smoke blocking the smoke it is the fog... today.. we have both.... been having to turn on the furnace 4 days running.. with no sun there is also no warm..
