I give her the net when she was 3weeks of vege and now I order the second net ‘cause I afraid to do super crop, if in vege I still do the super crop and made her short.

The best way to learn is to follow the guide in the link as best you can and follow your gut when you're unsure what to do. Start slow and see how your plants react. Don't be afraid to make mistakes. Experience is the best teacher. And welcome to GWE

What has worked well for me is to do a hard defoliation the day I flip and another 20 days after flip. Judging from your ask I assume you didn't do the first defoliation. My suggestion is do a hard defoliation on day 20 which is 4 days from today.

I like to trim off pretty much all the water leaves except for a few. I defoliate with air and light penetration in mind.
