ppm question

So I use tap water that has 136 ppm reading and I use fox farm trio and silica . After I add the 1/2 teaspoon of silica ,3 teaspoon of grow big and 2table spoons of big bloom my ppm reading is only like 450 ppm so should I be adding something else or like doubling the grow big nutrient. Because every place I read a plant my size should be about 1,000ppm . I'm growing in soil. Thanks for any help! the color is off in the plant in in process of trying to fix my pH it got really low runoff was 5.7

There are two different scales for measuring PPM. Which are you using and which scale is being used in what you read?

EC there is only one so no confusion there.

Edit. Your plant is looking really good. Don't fret.

Agreed. Plant looks good.

Add both in larger volume to hit your PPM. What silicate are you using? No Cal/Mag?

Love the airpots!
