Power outage

so it rained hard last night and the power went out fortunately it was at 11 pm ,so it shouldn't of affected the grow ,I will have to go adjust all my timers to the correct time of day but that should do it hope everyone else made out well

Yea power went out last night lots of wind. my lights are on at night so my plants got an extra 5 hrs of dark. My timer has a battery so it holds the times.
That's not as nerve racking as the air pump not running for me. I just sit there smoking and waiting in the dark for the power to come back on. I am very tired today.
 
I got a company coming out this week to give me estimate for whole house propane generator. Sometimes our power is out for 6-10 hours after summer storms. With a propane generator I can run off the grid for up to a month.
 
DAAS, we had frost last night too, it got cold! Luckily I grow inside and just closed my tent and let the lights keep my girls warm.
OJH, sorry about the power going off. I want to get solar and possibly wind turbines, if I hit the lottery! That way I could live off the grid and not ever have a power outage. I have seen small solar panels for about $150 that could be used for times like the ones you had last night. I hope your grow didn't suffer.
 
well after I posted this it went out again this time it was out for the day came back last night at about 4;30 ,so the girls all got 24 hours of dark hopefully the plants in veg will stay in veg lol
