How is your water? PH ? Nutes?

It does look like a magnesium deficiency and considering your light is likely far enough away from the plant that it rules out light burn....
Like Rwise said, make sure you are in the correct PH zone for soil (6.5 - 7.0) and try adding some calmag. Make sure the PH is above 6.2 otherwise the calmag won't take well

You do have a deficiency and a surplus. I would suggest that you are having a ph issue and possible over watering. Do what Rwise said.
