Potassium or worse

Can anyone please help me? This just started two days ago which is the same time that I last watered. I ph’d my water the same as always. The same since I started the grow. Can anyone tell me if this is a potassium problem or is it the start of something worse? Any feedback would be greatly appreciated. Thank you

It looks like light burn to me, how close is it to the lights?
Is it just this isolated area or is it covering the plant in multiple areas?
 
Sorry I think I typed my response in the wrong place. In case I did ,the problem is pretty much all at the top of the plant and it’s all pretty much affecting the bud and the leaves around it. I’m using cfl bulbs and I’ve had the lights at the same distance for several weeks now. I did have 3 plants but I just harvested one of them two days ago and I did move the other two around a little bit but the lights stayed the same distance which they are close to the plants but they’ve been like that for several weeks so I’m not sure. Thank you for your reply. This is my first real grow so I appreciate any help
 
The potassium deficiency my girls had recently was just that - I lost track of the plant time line and was not mixing enough in for mid / late bloom, but the leaves bent down at the end and yes they had a burnt tip that kept working it way in, also they had yellowing but remained green in the middle. It spread fast too...After a lot of trial and error not to mention reading, it was resolved by adding more k.

I wonder what to much K would do, it looks like only the smaller upper leaves are being effected now, usually if one burns them with N the upper 9 finger leaves end up with burnt too.
 
Yeah they were all pretty much at the top but this happened right after I watered with the ph only. I thought I had the water ph’d like I’ve been doing ,so I’m not real sure what happened. I appreciate your help with your reply. This is my first real grow as far as having good n and good soil. Working my way up to good lighting but anyway I do appreciate all the help And advice I can get so thank you
