COCO COIR Pot sizes for quick one ( 5 or 7 gallons )

Hi guys! After a lot of reading, I decided not to start with auto northern light due the height ( my tent is 1,8 m with led lights ) and because will be my first time growing weed. I decided to try 2 quick one ( royal queen seeds) and I have a doubt about the pot size: should I go with 5 or 7 gallons. It will make a difference for the number of buds I can harvest? Do you guys find for autos in general 5 or 7 gallons better?

5 gal. Is a little large for a auto to fill with roots, thay finish too quick imo I’ve found that 3gal. Is sufficient for my indoor grows.
if the auto is growing fast and good I top at the fourth node and lst and support buds when she flowers 😁
