Positive Pressure effects on growth.

Hey GWE'ers,
On my third grow...ever. Questions regarding air flow in a 4x4x8 tent with 600Watt LED. I have no issues with odor, that is to say, I don't care if it smells Therefore I have set up things a little different. with a 4" intake fan and 6" passive exhaust, along with a 12" oscillator moving air in the tent. This leave my tent with plenty of positive pressure. I am finding positive pressure benefits such as easier temperature and humidity control, never any pests, more space and better light reflection.
I am about to flip my current grow to bloom in 2 days and my plants have never looked so good. They vegged so much better with PP, broad, bushy and beautiful. My guess is more ambient CO2 due to the input fan. My question(s) are:

Does positive pressure benefit or harm the plants?


I was taught that stressing plants is beneficial, LST, HST, Super Cropping, Temp Control, etc. Question is, would higher air pressure not be a form of stress on the plants making them grow hardier?


Again, odor is a non-issue, so other than that, is there any other positive effects of negative pressure? Read that twice please.

That is a *very* interesting question KCTripps, I have the option of creating that same positive pressure environment and I have wondered too. My one "accident" seemed salutary to my plants. :D

I looked everywhere online and there is very little info on positive air pressure and its effects on plants. Its all about knocking down odors with negative pressure.
My thinking is that as long as temperature and humidity are manageable the benefits of positive pressure may out weigh those of negative pressure. When odor isn't an issue of course.
As I said I'm flipping them soon and will reduce humidity accordingly. Curious what effects positive pressure will have on flowering, bud production and density.

I would think the air flow through the grow would be the same regardless if the fan is pushing air into the grow space (positive pressure) or pulling it out of the grow space (negative pressure]. Therefore any benefits seen must be due to the improved ability to control temp and humidity at proper levels.
