I have recently let my male plant pollinate in a 4x4 grow tent,on purpose for seed. My question is how long will pollen stay active, or how clean I need to be after I harvest?

Newton, Welcome to The forum.
People collect and "save" pollen for grows down the road, so it is best to clean everything in your tent including the inside of your tent and most likely the room that your tent is in really well.

A week after the male is gone the pollen becomes only dust. After pollination remove the male. Wait at least 40 days after the male has been removed to harvest only brown ripe seeds good luck

Would love to see what you get for seeds from your grow, growing my own seeds is on my list!
If you have any more pollen sacks, it would be good to harvest those just before they open, pollen can be saved in the freezer for a year or two.
