Just a fun poll. Would you start flowering these Indicas now? Or wait until a certain height? I didn't really feel like trying to train them this time. Just letting them do their thing.

5'x5'x80" Vivosun Tent
2 Vivosun 2000 LED lights.

Approximately 6' of space under the lights, but of course I don't want them to get too close. So, call it 5' max height availability. I can raise them up a bit more than what is pictured.

Looks like an Indica so I would wait until they are 1/2 the height I wanted to target. Keep in mind your lights have penetration limits so I would measure the PPFD or LUX depending on the light type and try to keep the PPFD at 500-600 at the lowest bud site.

If they were mine I would top them, wait 2 weeks, then flip them. In 2 more weeks hit em with a broom. It would be a good experiment to flip them now with no training to see how they grow out compared to a plant with longer veg.

Makes sense. I generally anticipate about 2/3 growth/stretch when going into flower but I don't do pure Indicas often.

Yeah, I'm sort of in the dark about what they'll do. I've grown mostly hybrids in the past. Lots of tall Sativas. These are described as being very stocky with short internodal growth, almost to the point of having very little trim come harvest. I'm just really busy with work and it's hard to spend much time with the ladies and training them properly. Case in point, I already broke one branch trying to pull it down too far. Never done that before. I usually have a good feel how much a branch can withstand but these are just a different strain what I'm used to altogether.

I lean towards Sattva's so I plan for double buy leave room for triple and I always have at least one over achiever that I have to super crop
