Probably a cal mag problem.

what kind of light do you use leds need to be further away than hps,mh ,t5s ect. .this looks more like a light issue but whats is your grow medium. looks like your need to mix some perlite in it .if its coco you need to give very weak nutes right away

6 cwl light bulb 23w's but power it reflects is 88w per , I dont use leds . My medium is soil and it does not contain perlit.

What are those yellow scratches. I am really concerned for my girl,here.

Is it a mold, is this fungus,is this calsium problem i don't know.

if you're growing in coco you should be adding cal mag every watering

It is in soil actually, not coco.

I would transplant into a soil perlite mix(it gives more air to the roots) bigger roots equals bigger buds . then I would look into stronger lights read the tutorial on lighting GWE
