Please Help, this may seem incredibly silly, but i can't find anything anywhere

I bought my grow setup awhile ago, but have been to busy to actually set everything up. I finally got around to busting open my reflector hood and accessories. Unfortunately i got a hood with a socket that is not installed, and i cant for the life of me figure out how to put them together. I've tried looking on google/youtube but everyone seems to have a hood with a pre-installed socket. It is the EasyCool 6 hood if that helps.

Looks to me like it’s just some screws. Post some pics. Socket, hood(area where socket goes

Are there nuts for those studs? And maybe washers? I edited a couple of your pics to help

Open the glass and install a washer onto each stud that protrudes to the inside of the hood then the nuts tighten firmly and install the bulb

Ok but if you look on the outside of the insert area, there are 4 studs with wing nuts, they prevent me from inserting the other studs into the holes

Hold the socket right up to the hood and take a pic from inside the hood so I can see the spacing vs the insert. You maybe can remove the plate with the wing nuts altogether and use those slots to mount the socket

Ok ok I swapped the wing nuts around which of course solves that problem, now the socket pins arent lining up with the holes on the plate sooo idk, I Facebook messaged the store I purchased from just waiting on a response.

It looks like it only goes in one way. The holes seemed to be off center. If you rotate the socket 90° it doesnt pop in? Im sure youve probably tried just putting it out there.

I've tried rotation, I can get 2 of the 4 pins in holes but the other 2 don't seem to line up properly. I wish I could've just gotten a hood with a pre-installed socket 😑
