please help 1st time grower

I'm growing tangerine dream it's at week 7 and the leaves started curling down and being stiff the watering has been fine not over/ under watered. Are these how sativas grow? Light is a 800w led equivilent 200w accual power draw hanging 9inchs above plant. Can anyone tell me why the leaves curn down and are so firm???? Temp is 80 all the time fox farm nutes 4l water pH to 6 ff bigbloom 4tbls tigerbloom 3tsp

200watts for all those plants is not a lot of light. They may need more.

The 200w is above the td but I have all together 200w, 100W, 350w above them all but the 200w isdirectly above td all at 9inchs

The tangerine dream seem to be turning light green unlike all the other plants is the light to close and bleaching it?

The light green and curling down is this a sign of N toxic???? Or what could this be
