It's been 16 days since It was germinated.

The plant variety is Northern Light auto-flowering.

Is it growing well?

Looks like your answers are - it is growing well .- if you're going to top her, she looks close for that. Can't see all the nodes you have but looks like 3 for sure. I usually top my autoflowers when they have 5.
Or - you could just let her grow.

I've grown a few NLight autos, before, and they can get huge, mine never even smelled, until the last 2-3weeks,
They showed pistils on day 21, and I harvested them on day 89. I got just a few grams short of 7ozs, off of 1of them, she got big, I mean. I didnt top them, i just bent them over and tied them down.
I got my NLights seeds from Nirvana, where did you get yours ?

Looking good. When I run autos, I will only top if the plant is showing rapid growth. If you don't get at least another leaf set in the next week, I'd just let it grow because it may not have enough time to recover before it starts to flower. Good luck with the grow.
 
I agree but I would do some lst and tie the top down if you don't end up topping. Though you could try to fim too instead of topping 😉.

What does 'topping' mean?

Do you have any pictures to refer to?

You want me to tie the middle stem and bend it?
