I read on some fertilizer instructions, and from my clone supplier that you can add a tsp of liquid fertilizer to 32 oz of water and use that as a misting spray on your plants. Does this do anything? Any suggestions?

If you're using foliar spray on outdoor plants use it on a cloudy day or at dusk not in bright sunlight, if you have to use it indoors apply just before lights out.
I use a mix of cal/mag and Flourilious plus for folar feed right up until I see the first sign of flower, some sites witll say its ok to spray buds. As much as I love to experiment that one never made it on the todo list,
