Plants staying small

Hi everyone ,
I planted auto seeds about 2 months ago . I have noticed that the plants are not growing much . Buds have already sprouted but the plants are still small.. I am giving them 18 hours of light per day .. Can someone please explain why the plants are staying small and make buds quickly. These are outdoor plants and in night time i put them under artificial lighting ..​

1 They are autos, but are they 60 90 or 120 day autos?
2 They are outside, autos dont like high temps or cold for that mater.
Need way more details of your grow.

You have been around long enough to know we need to see pics of the whole plants. You come here asking a question and we give suggestions and you give no updates or feedback. This is a question about you needing more light intensity. We don't know how you grow at all.
