Plants re-vegging accidentally

Looking for direction as to what to do now. After I transplanted my outdoor plants( 24") from plastic containers to soil, they started to revegetate. They are still growing but leaves are different and appear to be flowering. I have added Bud Factor X a day ago. What can I expect?

If you dont solve why they are re-vegging they will lose all buds and go back into vegetative state fully until problem is corrected. Find what is giving them light and block it out. They need 12 hrs of darkness for whole flowering period.
