Plants I just got have buds?

So my friends just gave me these two plants that are Red Diesel, they are in pretty rough shape but the oddest thing was that they both have small buds on them. So im not sure what my light schedule should be for these girls, if they are already budding and I put them at 24 hours would they switch back to veg or would they become hermies?

Edit: he cloned these off a plant that was already in bud.

Hi Awaken5,
if your plant's are clones of a "photo" plant 1).then you are go to want to reveg them for a bigger plant before flowing to get more bud, or 2) you can go 12/12 with light/dark and have less "capital LESS" but a quicker harvest.
If your plants are a "autoflower" I believe it will just keep flowering no matter the light schedule, I haven't grown/cloned autos so Im not for sure if you can reveg them.
