HELP! Plants having different issues

So I have 7 plants about 3weeks 5 days old
I think I was over watering them
but i kept them dry for 3 days with a lot of air circulation but they don’t seem to be improving
i have them on 18hrs light cycle

What are they growing (languishing) in? Looks very heavy and your plants look like their roots are starved for oxygen.

Definitely looks like over watering. Those little girls probably need like a cup of water every 3-5 days. The top of your soil should be dry before watering. You are loving them to death

I agree with Canuck here, we can see how thin the main stem is as a result.
