Planthopper? Mildew? Something else?

What is this white webby stuff!? My research shows it might be a planthopper or maybe mildew?
I started noticing it yesterday. How can I fix the problem? Or because I'm so close (I think) to harvest, should I just go ahead with it?

Looks like - white powdery mold - harvest now and do not include any of that white stuff - just cut above and below and toss.

That fuzzy shit is Bud rot. Cut off anything that is affected and throw it out. Check your buds over really good..it gets deep inside the buds, right down to the stem. Lots of bud rot this year. Good luck.

Bud rot. Cut it and try not to spread it around in the process.

Definitely but rot. Your humidity is too high and not enough air circulation. We’re you running a fan on them? Also noticed that you were over feeding by the brown tips on the leaves.

I tell ya bud rot works quickly and if you see little bitty black dots near the suger leaf open that bud up really inspect it for catipillar worms if she was grown outdoors.
