PH issues, root issues, heat light stress. Follow the link at the top of this page "Plant Problems" and read on. This is only from the pics, input needed!

So just a little info. It is outside I have tested the soil and ph is sitting a little high. I have bought some ph up and ph down. I have started feeding it organic apple cider vinegar while I wait for my ph down in hopes it will bring the ph down. Thank you for your help.

why are you feeing the plant an acid? I've heard of using it (diluted) for pest issues but feeding it to the plant is likely the problem itself. even using it to adjust PH (more acidic) is tricky but feeding the plant will eventually kill it or if you are lucky just stunt the growth!!

Outside I use pelleted sulfur in the soil, powdered will get there fast but dont use much. Our girls need sulfur and what it does in the soil is mix with O2 and water to make sulfuric acid. You can get this at any garden center.
Peat-moss is also good to mix into the soil for PH down, bananas are acidic also and have good stuff for flowers.
In the pic below, I am mixing soil to go around the plant removing the little ring for the big one. In the bucket is hard wood ash, the sack has egg shells, not in the pit is pelleted dolomite lime and sulfur.
