HELP! plant not growing

My plant sprouted the starter or round leaves and they look healthy but the real set of leaves started to come out and the plant just quit growing???? I am using starter mulch and have tried giving the plant a
touch of cal-mag but to no avail. I don't know what strain the seeds are since they were given to me, but I don't think they are auto flowering. The came from Amsterdam...

Has to grow its roots first - which are hard to see - what kind of mulch?
And don't overdose it too soon or it'll never start.

never fertilize seedlings.they love oxygen to their root and a little moisture to the soil.that's it
