HELP! Plant is dying please help

This is the second branch to die i cut first one off 2 weeks ago now this one is dead its moving up the plant any ideas????

Big issues in the root zone and/or at the beginning at the stem. Maybe fungi of some type.

how do i get rid of the fungi if it is

Possible Eurasian Hemp Borer, depends on where you are. Usually east of Rocky Mountains Colorado. They do survive winter inside stems, google them.

Need input, whats going on down lower?
Gray patch would be botrytis, not much one can do here cept cut off the dead below it and get some air flow. Anything strong enuf to kill it also kills the plant.
Bugs, several types, but need input.
Can you get a pic where the limb connects to the trunk? Or where ever the damage is?

Is there any damage at the base of the branch? Got any pics? Willing to bet you have some bugs

Yes post photo of bottom part of plant does not look like get air at base of trunk.
