So i Fed my plant a day ago over night she turned out like this i also noticed my light was to close to the plant so i moved it away to the recommended distance but i don't know if this is just light burn but i only use ph tap water and flora trio nutrients pack.

it was going so smoothly and then bam problems appeared anyone know what this is i don't want to start trying to fix it until i know what it is it was also the second feeding of premixed water with the flora trio nutrients pack so the first time i fed the water it was fine the second time this happened i am thinking it is the light or something wen't wrong with feeding.

also i got a question about run off in the pot it's hard for me to get run off and i am nervous to over water it i only feed it 800 ML of water each 2 to 3 days could that be issue i am also thinking maybe cause i did not get run off that the old nutrients from the last feeding did not get removed and then this second feeding of nutes just added on top of the old nutes.

i am feeding every 2 to 3 days with 1 watering nutrients and then the other watering 2 to 3 days later was no nutes then this watering was nutes again and this is when i wen't down the next day and this happened still using a 3 gallon pot at the moment.

It's hard to say what's going on here, if you haven't been watering to good runoff, you have got to get 15-20percent runoff, unless you are in supersoil, then you don't get runoff.
You don't water on a schedule, you only water when the soil is dry, and the pot is lite weight, Plus you have got to get runoff, or you will experience root and all kinds of problems.
If she were mine I'd do a good flush until your runoff is in the right ph zone, then you should be good to go.
Just keep your light at the right height.
Good Luck

Should i wait to flush it when the soil is dry or will it get worse if i don't flush it out faster thanks for the info but for me 2 to 3 days my soil is dry that is why watering seems to be on schedule i am gonna start watering till run off and the light issue is fixed.

I did flush it alot not that many gallons of water tho around 1 gallon of water i only fed it twice with 800ml of water with nutes but what i noticed is my soil ph level is at around a 5 so i am assuming that is the problem i did the run off in the cup in the early stages but others scared me into not over watering so i did not want to hurt it and never received runoff to check the ph of the new soil in the 3 gallon pot i am going to go pick up some limestone and fix it tomorrow thanks for the info.

D.A.A.S.69 is right on! I nearly lost an entire grow because I thought I had to stay on a watering schedule, when in fact, I was drowning them, which caused lock-out then the myriad of nutrient uptake issues to followed. Watering is so basic but SO Critical. And light height should be determined from watching your leaves, not manufacture recommendation. Same problem, I cooked my plants by placing light (KINDLED X40) at 24" above, way too hot for them, raised to 34". And my entire grow is in 3 gallon pots (intentionally not going to 5 gallon or bigger). You should read the article from Campesino it will help you tremendously

That soil pH is very acidic. I like to keep soil about pH6.3. What is your run-off EC/PPM when you water? In vegetative phase I run around 800-900ppm / 1.2-1.3 ec.
