We need a little more info. Nutes? Are you feeding every watering? And how often are you watering? Do you have a tds/ec meter? If you don't have a meter I strongly recommend it especially for coco or hydro. I would say over watering but your in coco. Looks pretty dark green to me though so might be getting to much nitrogen. Looks like onset of tip burn imo. Ec numbers would help to confirm this. But if you provide more info someone might be able to help you better.

I am using a local nuts and tds meter and am always feed my plant with 400 ppm 550 max and feeding every day but i have 3 gallon soil and 2 gallon coco .. i was have 3 gallon soil and i tarnsplaneted to coco 5 gallon i know its shit but this what happen

What is the ec/ppm of run off? This is where your numbers will tell if it's excessive feeding. With that much soil I would treat it more like soil then coco. The soil will hold onto water better then the coco which could be a result of over watering too.
