photo females 24 hour veg?

I've been keeping my lights on 24 hours, 315 CMH, because I didn't have a heater set up for lights off. Now I do but I'm wondering if I really should switch to 6/18 or just wait until 12/12. Plants look great and are growing well, the sativa is a little slow. overall, though, a good show.

will going from 24 on to 18 on then 12 cause stress that may then cause hermies? I wonder. rather than a consistent veg cycle.

No. Just like the days outside. Get shorter until they flower.

There`s been a few articles about light durarion. Even seen some interesting articles on breaking a 24 hr period into 3 bits with a period of lights off in between. Personally I do 18 instead of 24 as I never really noticed much difference between the 2 when I tried on grows and it made a difference to my bills as well. Anyway, good luck on whatever you settle upon mate

I use lights to control heat/temperature - temperature is important to grows and controlling the extremes will up your game.
The plant will use as much light, as it's able, as long as, you are properly distanced from the canopy.
