Phenotype issue?

Hi all-

About 3.5 weeks into my first feminized blue mystic grow from Nirvana. Not sure pic does it justice but the leaf production and stretch on the left plant is really poor compared to her sister on the right. First, is this a phenotype issue ya think? Second, does poor leaf production in veg equate to poor flower production after 12/12? Lastly, I read recently some criticism that Nirvana genetics are poorer (stabilization wise) than most other reputable breeders. Anyone else heard this? I have had minimal phenotype variance with Aurora Indica (only other genetics I've worked with) but I worry the left plant will really disappoint.

Any comments, tips, questions, etc are welcome. If pics are too bad, I'll add some tomorrow during light off time.

Thanks in advance.

Nature or nurture???
I suppose that pheno variations could account for the difference. That's where it gets tricky-environment, nutrients, disease, tilt of the moon....all of these things can have an impact on growth. I had a plant like that in my current grow-really slow growth so I just let it go. It's now one of my biggest plants....who knows???
