i am new to hydroponics and growing - can i add ph up to my reservoir of water that i filled yesterday- i used ph down yesterday - this morning my ph was down to 3.9.

I think its a bad idea to mix ph up and ph down. Does weird things to the chemistry.

I am not a hydro person, but I have heard of a product perfect PH that does up and down as needed
Also what is that PH today? It may come up on its own,,,
