Is The stuff you get from the pet store any good? I bought a bottle of Ph down safe for fish and plants. mix 1ml to 10 us gal. So mix'd 1/2 ml to 5 gal. no change, Up to 9 ml, 1/2 ml at a time, maybe drop Ph. by a point, started at 7.4 now 6.4 That's where I want to be. Is it still safe to use? Thanks.

Hey Frog, pH up and down will be the same products and produce the same results no matter what brand you purchase. Are you soil or DWC? If you are soil, 6.4 is good.
